Acceptable use
Savelume is for legitimate media workflows, not access-control circumvention or infringement.

Permitted uses
- Saving your own uploaded media.
- Saving client assets with the client's authorization.
- Saving licensed, public-domain, or Creative Commons media when the license permits it.
- Making local backups where you have the legal and contractual right to do so.
Prohibited uses
- Downloading media you do not own or have permission to save.
- Bypassing DRM, paywalls, logins you are not authorized to use, geographic restrictions, or other access controls.
- Using the software for harassment, exploitation, malware, service disruption, automated abuse, or unlawful surveillance.
- Redistributing saved media in violation of copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Third-party services
Savelume is independent from the services it can technically interact with. You remain responsible for complying with each service's terms and with applicable law. Technical capability is not a statement that a particular use is permitted.
Enforcement
We may suspend beta access or paid licenses for credible evidence of abuse, infringement, circumvention, or harm. Rights holders and customers can send notices to ethan@iconav.com. A complete notice-and-takedown and repeat-infringer process will be published before paid launch.
