Operator
Savelume is operated by Icon AV in California, United States. Product and policy questions can be sent to ethan@iconav.com. The operator's exact legal entity suffix and mailing address will appear in the final paid terms and checkout.
Permission to use
Icon AV grants invited beta testers a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to install and evaluate Savelume. The software and brand remain owned by Icon AV and its licensors.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the links you submit, the media you save, and how you use the resulting files. You must have the rights or permission required by law and by the relevant service terms.
Beta condition
Beta software may contain defects, lose compatibility with third-party sites, or change without notice. Back up important files. Source support, performance, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Third-party components
At your request, Savelume may obtain separate media-engine programs directly from their official publishers. Those programs remain subject to their own open-source licenses and notices, are not owned by Icon AV, and may update or become unavailable independently. Savelume is not affiliated with or endorsed by the component publishers or supported source services.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Savelume to bypass DRM, paywalls, access controls, geographic restrictions, or technical protections; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; abuse third-party services; or resell the beta without written permission.
Pricing reservations
Joining the founding list does not create a purchase, charge, guaranteed invitation, or guaranteed price. Any paid order will be governed by the checkout terms shown at that time. The planned paid-launch refund window is 14 days, subject to the final terms and applicable law.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available without warranties, and liability is limited to amounts you paid for the beta, which are currently zero. These terms may change before paid launch.
